"David, is there anything you can't do?"
David Caleb learned his construction, design, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tiling, painting and renovation skills the old fashioned way, starting out as a teenager working side-by-side on the job with skilled construction professionals. After graduating college, David taught music to elementary and high school students at Holton-Arms School in Bethesda. During summer breaks, he managed a deck-building business. Over the years, David came to love construction work so much that he decided to quit teaching and establish HomeNET.
One of the most common questions David is asked by clients and friends alike is: "Is there anything you CAN'T do?" That's because his resume is the definition of a modern day "renaissance man." Not only is David a highly skilled handyman and remodeler, he is a musician, singer, percussionist and classical composer. He earned his bachelors degree in music composition from George Mason University, performs regularly as a tenor voice with choruses at the Kennedy Center and is the composer-in-residence of St. Alban's Episcopal Church in Washington, DC.
